Aku tolak tepi sumer kejer2 aku yg menimbun tuu. Aku activate sumer social network site yg aku ader. Aku appear online kat Skype. Aku bukak MSN. Aku mula start activate sumer contacts aku dan kiter mula mengorak strategi untuk menjalankan penyiasatan.

Selalu kiter dgr citer sensasi mcm nie kat luar negeri jer. Tapi, benda nie terjadi in our own backyard!

After lunch tadi, kiter mula sambung siasatan lagi. Dgn mengguna kan alat-alat yg canggih (laptop ajer lah), aku dan Mat Stoink jumpa di suatu tempat rahsia.

Dia beli 2 cawan teh. Kiter dok semeja. Aku bukak laptop. Kiter mulakan tahap siasatan yg lebih aggressive. Kiter cuba jejak video tu dgn menggodam system orang.

"Ahh...ko jgn percaya sangat dgn sotkabar tu. Sotkabar tu ingat kiter nie bodoh keper? Kao ingat orang tak duplicate simpan tempat site lain ke??

Dia bole hacked sumer secured site. Bayangkan satelite kat outerspace pon dia bole hacked kerana nak tengok disney channel punya pasal!! issshh...dia memang skill.

Dalam masa 15min jer (teh pon baru setengah cawan) dia dah jumpa site-site tersebut yg menyimpan sumer video2 itu.

Ntah kenapa, aku masih kurang yakin jugak. Aku masih tak caya yg pelakon favret aku tu buat benda nie sumer....hiazz

"Ahh lahh...apasal ko tak tanyer aku siang2? Betol pompan tu. Aku dah lama tahu pasal video tu." Abg Bob ngaku dia dah tonton video tu kat internet dulu.

Sebenarnya, tu bukan citer baru. Video tu dah lama tayang kat site-site tertentu. Cuma skrg jer baru nak bukak story.

"Sejak video tu meletop kat internet dulu, mana dia ader belakon lagik. Dah kena banned dgn mediacock agaknyer. Cuma orang2 dalam takmo bilang ler tuhh" Abg Bob sambung lagik.

Owh. Aku baru sedar betapa naive aku selama nie  rupanyer.

Aku memang tak tahu pasal benda nie sumer. Maklom ler, aku nie seorang jejaka yg pemalu, lagi sopan dan santun. Aku suka menanam pokok, memasak, dan menyanyi. So, sememangnyer aku tak tahu pon benda-benda mcm nie.

Kat umah, Facebook aku mula mencurah-mencurah dgn pelbagai pertanyaan. Si Fai Sall mula korek2 rahsia kat aku.

Si Qeira mula merayu-rayu kat aku, "zue: saper saper... share plssssss......nk tgk jugak... share link"

Apple took us all on a stroll down the feminine hygiene aisle today with the introduction of the iPad. With “iTampon” quickly emerging as a trending Twitter topic, it’s probably safe to say that many women found themselves cringing as they asked, “Do any women work at Apple?”

CNBC’s Jane Wells couldn’t help but wonder if Apple will develop different versions of the new gadget with names like Maxi and Light Days. Or, when women want more discreet protection, the iPon.

Wait, was iTab taken?

The long-awaited Apple tablet computer has been unveiled along with its name, the iPad.

The what?

Apple undoubtedly spent a lot of time and money coming up with the name. I suspect the winning entry was created, and approved, by men.

Why? The word "pad" for women doesn't usually suggest something one wants to touch. It conjures up visions of, well, you know, woman-y thingies. Think Kotex. As soon as I heard the name, I cringed.

Then I started cracking wise.

Will Apple develop iPads with various levels of computing power and name them Maxi and Light Days?

Will there eventually be a slimmer version called the iPon? I'm sure there's an app for that.

Masjid Terbakar Panggil Bomba...

...by the time bomba datang pon dah terlambat!

The most recent blazing news, when a 14-year-old boy was charged with arson, causing substantial damage to a mosque which could cost more than 1 million dollar!!

*GASP*

Mana-mana aku pegi, aku dgr sumer orang cakap budak tu yang salah. And I know korang pon salahkan budak tu kan?? teeehehe...korang silap!

Tak fair nak blame him alone. Kiter pon tak tahu ler aper masalah peribadi yg menyebabkan dia nak bakar masjid tuu..but then, we still need to take a look at the full perspective of the whole incident in details.

Sebenarnya, aku salah kan pihak pentakbiran masjid tu jugak. Jawatankuasa masjid tu seharusnya telah menyediakan emergency activation dan contigency plan sekiranya belaku sesuatu kebakaran.

Masjid-masjid di sini telah di category kan sebagai 'Places of Public Resort', dimana sekurang-kurangnya seorang Fire Safety Manager dan seorang Fire Warden harus dilantik. So, jika berlaku kebakaran atau kecemasan pada bila2 masa, pihak masjid tahu mcm mana nak mengawal situasi dari terus merebak.

Sebagai place of public resort, adequate fire protection system should have been in place. (eg, alarm call points, fire extiguishers, hosereels)

So, what are these fire fighting items for? Gantung kat dinding masjid buat perhiasan?? NO! These are the first line of defence whenever there's a fire break out!

Tak yah nak tunggu abang-abang bomba ne-no-ne-no sampai, baru nak step hero lawan api. By the time, bumbung pon dah ranap cecah bumi....

All these basic fire fighting equipments are for public to use in order to curb the spread of fire. Mana fire warden masjid? Mana fire safety manager masjid? Mana pegawai-pegawai masjid at that moment of time? Tak tahu nak pakai extinguisher ke? Tak tahu nak bukak hosereel to fight fire?

First thing aku nak soal. Are the fire extiguishers available and in working condition at that point of time? Are the staff trained to use these items during emergency?

What i have been observing lately, banyak extiguishers kat masjid-masjid disembunyikan simpan kat dlm office. Therefore, it's not readily available during emergency for public to use.

Lagi satu, all staff are not well-trained to use these equipments (extinguihers, hosereels) so biler terbakar, sumer panic pasal tak tahu mcm mana nak pakai. By the time, its a bit too late to curb the spread of fire until the fire engine arrives.

Banyak pentakbir masjid2 aku tengok ambil sambil lewa tentang benda2 mcm nie ahh. Bagi mereka ianya sesuatu yg remeh-temeh. Test hosereel pon tak pernah nampak.

Korang tau tak, yg hosereel tu need to have a certain pressure so that it can reach the minimum water throw of 6m?? Do you know that fire extiguishers has certain category classes (Class A, B, C)and expiry dates? Do you know we need to provide at least 10m-15m radius between each fire extiguisher? Do you know these extiguishers need to be visually seen at all time?

Korang tau tak, langsir korang gantung kat masjid tu need to be at least a class 1 fire spread material? Bukan mcm kain langsir korang gantung kat umah korang utk hari raya tau!

If the above precautions are being taken into consideration and complied, I don't think the damage would have been that bad. Terbakar memang ler terbakar, tapi tak ler sampai bumbung masjid ranap terus, betol tak??

ps: Bukan salah ibu mengandung, tapi pihak-pihak masjid juga harus dipertanggungjawabkan kerana isu fire safety nie tak seharusnya di ambil sambil lewa. Lives could have been lost!

ALBANY, N.Y. - Alice Connors-Kellgren was surprised by her boyfriend's new Facebook profile picture a few weeks ago: He was kissing another girl on the cheek.

The picture was up only briefly. And she figures it was just a friend. But she plans to discuss it with him when they're back together this fall at Cornell University.

"We trust each other. Deep down, I know nothing is going on. But when you first see it, it's like `Oh my goodness! What's going on here?'" says the college student from Westchester County, N.Y.

All this friending, poking and picture-posting on Facebook can get you in trouble with your significant other. Couples are finding that old flames and flirty friends on the social networking site have a unique ability to stir jealousy and suspicion.

Jealous types now have to deal with brand-new kinds of provocations, such as a comment on their partner's wall from a possible romantic rival, or their loved getting tagged _ identified _ in a picture from an old relationship. Boyfriends and girlfriends can view all of this on their partners' walls.

"It seems like Facebook is creating jealousy even where there was not jealousy to begin with," said Amy Muise, a doctoral candidate at the University of Guelph's psychology department who led a recent study on how Facebook can spark jealousy in romantic relationships among college students.

She said Facebook doesn't necessarily make people more jealous than they would be normally. But all the information divulged on Facebook _ those answers to "What's on your mind?" and reactions to those posts _ can increase "triggers" for jealousy.

"Part of the issue with information on Facebook is that it lacks certain context, " Muise said, "so there could be things posted on your partner's wall that you really don't know what it means."

The study was based on anonymous online survey data from 308 undergraduate Facebook users, three quarters of them women. The study, published in CyberPsychology & Behavior, found Facebook users can get snagged in a "feedback loop": Their interest piqued by a cryptic wall comment, they become suspicious and start monitoring their partner's pages, thus finding even more suspicious information.

Dan Fitzsimmons, a 21-year-old University of Albany student, said he has had to explain Facebook photos to girlfriends in the past.

Samantha Siciliano, an incoming freshman at Quinnipiac University from North Adams, Mass., said she has become jealous over the back-and-forth on her old boyfriend's wall, especially from too-friendly comments like "You look cute."

"If your boyfriend is calling or texting another girl, you can't really see it. But on Facebook, you can see it and so can everyone else," Siciliano said. "So in a way, you do get jealous because he might be hanging his dirty laundry, and not only are you seeing it, but other people are, too."

Colin Booth of West Virginia University said he is not the jealous type, but finds it a strange, modern phenomenon to watch your girlfriend develop other relationships in real time on Facebook.

"It's been happening forever. You're with a girl, she meets a guy, they're friends at first," Booth said. "But it's the way you see it and what you see. And then you think: What's going on under the surface if this is what's going on in public?"

Laney Cohen, a 24-year-old who works in public relations in New York City, has a longtime boyfriend now in law school in Florida. She began noticing last year that her boyfriend was being tagged in photographs with a female friend who "kind of rubs me the wrong way." One picture in particular upset her: The pair were in a bar, and the woman was looking up at Cohen's boyfriend.

"I felt that it was a very couple-y picture to be in, and I freaked out and I called him and said, `This is disrespectful to me and our relationship. What if people start asking questions about why you're always hanging out with her?'" Cohen recalled.

This is not just a problem for young people, especially as more middle-aged people get on Facebook. Cohen said her father, after 29 years of marriage, was tagged in a 32-year-old photo by a former girlfriend. Cohen's mother was amused, not upset.

Muise said researchers are just beginning to learn all the ways social networking sites are changing the way couples relate. She cited the case of a young woman who found out her boyfriend broke up with her when she noticed he had changed his relationship status to "single."

For her part, Cohen said she and her boyfriend worked out their photo-tagging issue.

"He's either untagging photos or not showing up in the photos anymore," she said. "Either way is fine."

Couple found dead in hotel room
The New Paper On Sunday, 16 August 2009, Pg 19.

A couple were found dead at Fragrance Hotel Kovan in Upper Serangoon around noon yesterday.

The man was in his early 40s while the woman was in her late 30s. Both were Chinese, said the police. It was not known when they had checked into the hotel or how they were related to each other. The police said they received a call at 12.10pm yesterday and found the motionless bodies in one of the rooms. Paramedics pronounced them dead 20 minutes later.

The police has classified the case as an unnatural death and are investigating. The bodies were removed form the hotel by 3pm.


ps: Maybe the air-con was too cold. heh! - Ok, this hotel is out from my list...

1000 cases of Swine Flu!

Naik mendadak siot!! Aku heran knp gomen buat dek ajerr..Students sampai buat petition merayu mintak sekolah ditutop.

Within couple of months, we've hit from zero to a thousand! I salute the government for making these possible.

But yet, I didn't see a strong possibilty that there are concrete measures from the Health Ministry on ways curbing this pandemic, apart from telling to keep ourselves clean.

People still travel, AYG is still going on, shopping centres, night spots are buzzing and reports of new cases were like 30, 40 and last week was the worst! We got 90 in a day! WTF?? Infact, we have successfully breed our home-grown clusters around the island.

I think this time round, Singapore has poorly mismanaged this pandemic crisis putting each and everyone at high risk.

Hmmm..but I guess there are some possible factors why Singapore is doing this. But hey, I know the next election is coming, but risking the urbanites for the sake of the economy is not very wise too.



So, they are not helping us. So each is up to his own.
